New Year’s Eve 2005

Maryla Rodowicz, Perfect, Myslovitz and Sistars performed on the New Year’s Eve at the Krakow Main Market Square. The invited stars sang for an audience of tens of thousands of people.

Regardless of the weather the New Year is greeted in the heart of our city by crowds of people representing different generations and having a thoroughly good time. Last year’s New Year’s Eve party featuring the participation of the following bands: Bajm, T. Love, Wilki, Golec uOrkiestra and Skaldowie turned out to be the biggest open air event of its kind in Poland. It was broadcast live on Polish Television Programme 2 and TV Polonia.
In 2005 the New Year’s Eve party started at 9 pm. At midnight there was a traditional toast and a marvellous fireworks show.
